Who handles your data

This policy applies to webthrow.com, the WebThrow pages linked from it, and Creator. The sites and Creator do not take payments. Service requests and any later paid-work arrangements are handled by email.

Visits and optional tracking

Basic technical data is processed to deliver and protect the pages. Optional analytics runs only if you select it in the banner. It sends the page URL, referring page, visit time, IP address and browser information to mailing.webixdesign.com. Analytics records are kept for up to 12 months.

Meta Pixel (ID 1451052446970701) runs only if you separately allow Meta measurement and advertising. It records PageView on landing pages and when Creator is entered, and Lead only after Creator successfully sends a request. The Pixel may send Meta the visited URL, IP address, browser information and browser identifiers. We do not send brief text, email addresses or form contents. Meta processes data under its own terms and privacy policy; data may be processed outside Serbia.

Choices for internal analytics and Meta advertising are separate and can be changed using “Tracking settings” on the page. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. Withdrawal stops future events but does not by itself delete data already recorded.

Creator requests and support

When you use Creator, we process the information you enter about yourself and your business, contact details including your verified email, your brief, selected options, and any files or images you add. We store this information in the private part of the WebThrow system on a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany, to handle your request, prepare a website preview and reply to you. Support requests may include your name, email, website address, business or website name and message.

Creator requests and support messages are kept for up to 12 months after the request is closed, then removed from active systems unless longer storage is needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Backups are rotated: they are kept for more than six months, and older copies are removed when newer copies are available. Deleted information may therefore remain in an existing backup until that copy is replaced.

Newsletter

Your email, language, sign-up source and time, plus a cryptographic hash of your IP address, are collected when you tick the optional consent box and submit the form. They are used for occasional Express Sajt updates. Campaigns are sent through the operator's own SMTP infrastructure and Loopia services. Your details stay on the active list until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, we remove the address from the active list; a minimal suppression-list record may be kept to prevent further sends.

Hosting, recipients and technical records

The websites, Creator, support and internal analytics run on a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany. Hetzner processes technical data needed to host and secure the services. Standard web server technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Newsletter addresses are also handled through SMTP/Loopia services to deliver messages. Meta receives data only if you allow the Meta option. Some providers may process data outside Serbia; Meta Pixel use includes international processing under Meta's terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact all@webixdesign.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the sites, services or data processing change. The current version will be published at this address.
